can anyone help me correct the errors on the server, im thinking it will help stop the freezes ingame.

Are you running version 2.1 of MobCatcher. That's the one compatible with bukkit 1.1-R4 which is what tekkit uses

If you are running that version and errors still persist simply remove the plugin
