Problem With Server Starting

Hello, I was wondering if I could get some assistance with a error that keeps preventing my server from starting. I'm not sure what caused it, and I can find any answers to it anywhere. I'd greatly appreciate all the help I can get with this.

Problems like these go on the tracker, where qualified (I'm sure they have their certificates somewhere...) people will be more likely able to suitably help you.

Issue is with bukkit, not the modpack, wouldnt belong on the tracker imo. Ensure you use MCPC+/Cauldron (taken down due to a DMCA, will have to dig for a copy) anyway, as craftbukkit alone doesnt support loading of mods.
