Logger not picking up wood

Description of Problem: Hello I am running tekkit and I Have the logger all powered up and its picking up the saps but not picking up the wood

any help will be great.

Do you have a chest or pipe on the side of the logger so the wood has somewhere to go? If you have further additions to this thread I recommend modifying the first post to include the bug report format specified in the sticky. Also an image of your setup can go a long way to diagnosing problems.

Your problem is probably choptree. If choptree is set for everything in the game to automatically fell trees in it's config then loggers can no longer collect wood. If this is the issue you'll see errors in your log about being unable to pass an event to choptree.something or other.

The fix is to go into the choptree config, set it so only certain items will work and then pop the IDs of all the axes and chainsaw into the list in the config. You can get the IDs by going into options for NEI (options button when looking at your inventory) and changing item IDs to show.)
