Is the latest 1.2.5 tekkit version the final build?

I was just wondering because my brother was on it and buildcraft and EE wasn't on there and just wanted to know.

If it was done it wouldn't be the dev build, it would be the rec build and there would be a server out for it.

My brother didn't say anything about a server at all, do I didn't know whether there was one or not. I checked the launcher and clicked use latest dev build an it used the latest 1.2.5, but it didn't actually say dev build at the end so I wasn't sure.
