Teleporting to Different Worlds?

Hi there, I'm new to hosting servers. Especially Tekkit ones and I'm wondering if there's a way to warp to different worlds? I couldn't find it anywhere.

2 good ways.

Have some command plugin like essentials or commandbook, they have tp commands that let you tp to other worlds, or you can define warps in different worlds and just use those.

Use multiverse portals, it lets you create portals that can teleport you to other portals, which can be in other worlds.

This, although for my server I prefer to use multiverse core in tandem with Voxel Port. Just me though.

Personally I use Transporter for teleportation, it works fine for world to world or within a world teleportation. Having client issues trying to go from Server to Server, will have to wait until Tekkit 3.0 for that.
