Description of Problem: When I restart the server, a certain player has issues with his IC2 machines setup. I go to him to see what's wrong and it turns out an LV transformer is turned the wrong way. This has happened several times, every time after a server restart. He lives above the new height limit (floor at Y230) so my guess is IC2 hasn't yet fully accounted for the new height limit. So far it's just that one LV transformer, but it could be other machines as well. I don't know anyone else in my server who lives that high up.
