*(Solved) NEI disappears when in full screen mode

Launcher/pack Version: Tekkit 3.0.3 1.2.5 latest

Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit

Version of Java: Version 7 Update 3 (build 1.7.0_03-b05)

Description of Problem: When Tekkit is in normal screen mode everything is fine, I can see everything on NEI but when I Maximize(put into full-screen mode) Tekkit, NEI disappears except for an options button down the bottom left of the screen

Try messing with the GUI Scale option in the video settings. 'Auto' seems to give NEI less and less room as the window gets bigger and eventually squeezes it off the screen entirely, but 'Large' works well for me.
