Tekkit Classic Cannot Load 3.1.3 Tekkit Classic to load

I have tried many things to get Tekkit Classic 3.1.3 to load and all i get is a screen that you get when incompatible mods brake the game or run out of memory (Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/52ve2s )
