well problem solved . i just replace additinalpipe.jar file with new version 4,7.0 to 4,7,7 ver. problem seems solve i can reopen my save now but item transport pipe seems not working .i think i break all problem bloks and return to older versions. tnx for your help.

also you can use waterpump pipe from buildcraft .its only needs 1 block water source and provide infine water.

use wooden kenesis pipe and gold/stonekenesis pipe

also you can use floodgate and engineer toolbox
