    If you're running on a linux server, you'll hit fatal errors with IC2 blocks, redstone engines, and some pipes. I'd recommend you downgrade to 3.1.2 unless you're on Windows.

    As of 2:25PM Eastern Time the Server has been downgraded to 3.1.2 due to massive BUGS in 3.1.3!
