I've had this problem before, seems silly but have you migrated your minecraft account? If so you have to use your email not you MC name.

In your server folder there is a folder called chocolate. In there is a folder called buildings. I'll point out what Sleaker said "trial and error"

I'm glad to see people see someone trying to mingle with forumys and take it seriously. Yes I'll admit filling out an app sounds strange but there are people that really don't care for my post and will troll. I'm just weeding out the bad eggs is all. I'm easy going and it doesn't take much to impress me, but when people act a fool I just hate holding threads like this.
The app was supposed to be your first impression. But clearly people don't seem to care with social media.

Redownload the technic launcher

Click the gear on hexxet in the technic launcher and then click reset pack, yes and log in as normal. Get back to me when you've done this step

Its an inventory bug where magnetic enchantment will grab a corrupt item that does not spawn into the world unless it picks it up pre spawning (witch is what happened). Just hit up the forums and ask them to delete your player data this is a 99% fix. Even if the problem is your in a crashed chunk it will put you at spawn. Its best to have a sub account to get on and bitch and moan till they delete it. If that doesn't fix it I have no idea because like I said that's a 99% fix
(edit) its caused by tinkers construct 90% of the time, it hates other mods and will kill your player data when it lags.

A black screen has to do with your computer rendering to your video device meaning its either Java telling your video card information your card responds with "dafaq?" or your card telling your computer "nope". If its Java just reinstall it. If its your card try reinstalling it. If its neither its your computer telling you its not good enough to run the game.

You should go into options and set your video settings down. View distance to tiny and your performance to max performance. Smooth lighting to off and particle to minimal.

Try updating Java or if you have done that then try updating your video drivers

I'm fine but again when you are in public you see the people your going to talk to, the way I see people on here is in the form of text and information. If you don't want to leave your information on a public board I understand I'll edit my post to allow private contact but again you must fill out the appI'm sorry do you hand out applications for friendship to everybody you meet in public?personally I strike up a conversation and see where that goes.

First thing first if you have a question please make sure you can't possibly fix it yourself, if you can't then post a topic with the required information needed to help solve the problem like this.
(Title) brief description of the issue
(body) long description of the problem and why you think its happening.
Crash reports linked via paste bin.
A detailed list of your computer specs and operating system.
When did it happen and has it happened before.
And additional information you think we should know.
Please remember to NEVER DOUBLE POST! It breaks the internet and kills puppies.
Use the "edit" button if any additional information comes to you.
When you have figured out what went wrong, go to the first post and click "edit" and change the title to [solved] and be sure not only to include the solution to the problem IN the edited first post but to include the name of the one who helped you.

Creative mod go to the end and make sure you aren't just missing them. They are rare as I think that should be. But please experiment to make sure that what your posting about doesn't make you look like a fool with minecraft
If they really aren't spawning then create a new world from 1.0.1 if your worried about your stuff just enable cheats and "save" your inventory then load it in the new world. Or hard copy the files over.

After it has an enchantment you enchant it with soul tether via an enchanted table. Please note decapitate the enchantment its self can be applied to any item in the game via book. You may use decapitate to make the first enchantment needed for the TC item.

Chests and mob drops in chocolate mod. Pigmen city is a good one, always easy to spot. Watch out though some (most) servers disable chocolate due to lag. I keep them in and disable the "single use spawners" they are the culprit. Also magic essence can be made by putting all essences together in a crafting grid. Magic essence is only to make a staff and staff can be made into an elemental staff by crafting it with the desired essence.

Try deleting the twilight forest world and or you player data (back them up) then try again. If it works then just toss your backups back in

Use the "Edit" button and change the topic to Solved. Please use the edit button in the future and not triple post.
Also disable chocolate, causes major lag with the single use spawners

Click the hexxit settings and check the box that reinstall it. Get back to me when you've done that

Uuuuhhhh what??? Your talking about tinkers and an enchantment as far as I can tell, here's some source but without more detail I can't help.
