Removed ClearLagg as it does nothing, also it makes it so people don't lose their items when ClearLagg comes. Also furthermore enchanced server performance and have plans to upgrade ram.

Added voting, Auctions and CombatLog. Also re-added the More Bows mod! :)

Client or server? I have updated my client though not my server. Is there a 1.0.1 changelog anywhere?
