Help test the next generation of Voltz, 3.1.2 beta!

http://pastebin.com/BWKp29pz Can't even load up 3.1.2, Voltz opens up, sometimes if I'm lucky it says the mods are loading, and goes back to the regular Technic screen, no message about crashing or anything. -
I had the same problem. Go to start<run and type in %appdata% <.techniclauncher then find the jar file and run it. Should work fine but it only works by that.
