AFAIK, Blue slimeballs can be used as regular slimeballs can. Also: Are they safe to eat? I think I remember something about blue slimes and eating the blue slimeballs.

He's probably talking about which Optifine. In other words, not version, but Standard, Ultimate, Lite, etc.. Sometimes the Optifine you use can impact your FPS
