Like cc sensors needs monitors, the kit needs something similar. The difference is that the kit doesnt needs fancy coding. If you want, I can help you with the set-up.
It does. Powering an MFSU with a redstone current does stop it outputting energy. Perheaps, take a look at this.
Also, there is something called an Energy Sensor Kit. You could consider that to.
Did you even read the previous posts? It is called a splitter cable.
There are two ways of making an electric fence: Uninsulated HV cable (with EV running) and a system of tesla coils.
For the power flip-flop, splitter cables can be used.
For the meter, i think you can weekly fill up an batbox/mfe/mfs for each house (with a splitter cable before and after the storage), and then let someone check the difference between full and used in the week. You could also use CCsensors to hide it underground and read the storage status from somewhere else.
Feedback:
I think that it would be nice to have like a status bar to see how far a team is with the EU thing, because planning the energy generation would be a lot easier that way, though it could make the map less fun.
Yet, I have had a lot of fun trying to help our team, and the playing was very nice.

Isn't it possible to pump the lava directly to the overworld with teleport pipes? That way, you could directly pump it in the geo's (MKII from powerconverters if not working).
EDIT: Tested is, doesn't work
But: Does one have enough tin?
