How do I allow players to use machines in spawn ?

If you have LWC do /cpublic and click the item, they will be able to use the machine/chest but not break it. -
Swatchdog is a grief checking plugin, Using a command you can check who griefed. You can get banned for griefing non enemy factions or unprotected land, etc.
