Hobiten where do I find those mods and where do i place them (im new to this minecraft techic thing)

I am also waiting for something like this.. If someone can send me the old technic launcher without today's patch please do since i cant join my server

I can't get into the server becasue the Technic Launcher updated, and it says 3 mod files are missing..
