I feel the pack is still not ready for public release just yet though, to answer your earlier question. Or someone's earlier question. 
 
Some things left to do:
 
Hunt down particularly nasty bug. Adjust perms for users and such. Finalize our loadout a little bit. (We will always be willing to add more or replace plugins and such with a better alternative given it doesn't mess with world generator range.) We also need to figure out how we will go about mystcraft in particular since it has the potential to catastrophically destroy any economy we try to set up. But that's pretty much it.

I really love the hardcore questing mod when I was playing Agrarian skies on Ftb. I would be super excited if Sigghh or others figure out a grand adventure questline if this mod does end up in the pack. I do have a few ideas for quests for that type of mod but they mostly revolve around making all sorts of deadly weapons in tinkers.

I'm familiar with a lot of mods and I don't mind helping with the hardcore questing mod. If u do need any help just give me a shout.

Awesome. If you want to familiarize yourself with that mod some and brainstorm some ideas let me know. My life doesn't allow me enough freetime to do much of that at this point but I would LOVE the help and gladly credit people.

I know there are a few lurkers out there with a few suggestions. Come on out don't be shy no one is gonna to bite your head off.
I don't want the server to be decided on a few suggestions instead the whole group of people with tons suggestions .

I would say Ore/essence bushes and Manyullyn blocks as some suggestion for perks. You could also have eggs of some common animals as perks for people to donate for so they can kick start a farm up.

Oh man do I wish! I hope that it is open to the public in the next week but I can't promise anything since I'm not sure what all the devs have going.

I rarely see ones with Tinkers contruct or Pams mod stuff in it.

Hello everyone! Our clan, The Dragon Army, has recently opened a server for our members and guests! We are a multi-gaming clan that focuses on having a tight bond and have fun! Our server focuses on creating a nice community and a fun RPG server experience. Joining teamspeak is highly recommended. This allows us to really get to know you better, and you to know us better. The mods we have on the server are not meant to completly change the way the game is played, but rather add to the vanilla game. Suggestions for mods are accepted by members of the clan itself, and regular content poles will be had on our forums.

The server is really new, and there are still some things we need to work out. Please note that we are still in "beta" and some mods are subject to removal.

Thanks for the quick response. MultiWorld is already set-up and Worldborder is generating/filling the map(s). We talked about the routine resets for precisely that reason.

Going to make Millenaire's Summoning Wand available only to certain ranks I'm thinking, along with chunkloaders of course. So far it is looking like we will be using the GriefProtection Plugin so it will be interesting to see how that works-out with village protections. I am sure there is plenty of items in the pack that will bypass protections.

*side note. Overworld is generated to 10k worldborder. Nether is generated to 5k worldborder. The End is generated to 5k worldborder... I am working on the others as we speak. I will include the server automagically in the server list in the upcoming update.

 

nice I can't wait till I can play this fine pack with other people and start converting willing MCA villagers into slaves... I mean loyal subjects of whoever is king/dictator/overlord in whatever faction I join on the server next update.

I love this pack it's pretty awesome and for some suggestions I have none, but will 2nd dizzysoul suggestions because it's a really solid list.
 
Edit: oh I just thought of a suggestion. Make sure to put in a rule regarding starting up villages from both Millenaire and MCA so people are just spamming sprawling quagmires of npcs. Example would be about one millenaire village per decent size faction and keeping Mca npcs around 7 (somewhere around that number maybe?) per player or something like that. wild Mca/millenaire villages would be free game tho for looting or deletion on the main world if you go multi-world on the server.

The Hexplore-It modpack creates a beautiful and interesting world that begs to be explored!
The main goal I had in mind when I started work on this modpack was to create a version of “Vanilla” Minecraft, on steroids…e.g. more trees, bigger trees, more plants, more food, more mobs, more NPCs, more sounds, MORE and BIGGER everything! I wanted the excitement back that I got when I first played Minecraft. I wanted to see structures full of interesting mobs protecting piles of loot strewn about the whole Overworld. I also wanted the world populated with as many NPCs as possible, living in bigger villages with more types of buildings... Some of these NPCs you can even marry and have children with. Others, you can help upgrade and expand their villages as they accept you into the ranks of their own. All of the while being just as dangerous EVERYwhere as Minecraft felt the first time you made it to the Nether. Speaking of the Nether, imagine if it were more dangerous… pssst... it IS now. I won’t even mention what has become of The End, but you better be WELL prepared before heading there! It is also rumored that there is a dimension called the Twilight Forest that is full of adventures all on its own. I also included as many mods as possible that offered decorative blocks, so that players could now build all those houses, mansions, forts, castles, bunkers, bases, etc… that could only be dreamed about before. In staying as close to the “Vanilla” Minecraft, on steroids idea as possible I wanted to include as few technology and magic mods as possible.
Don’t forget that becoming too immersed in the beauty and fun things to explore comes at a cost… The Hexplore-It modpack is DANGEROUS! Staying alive is HARD! Are you up for the challenge? You will have to plan out your travels, making sure you have enough water to drink and enough different food stuffed in your backpack that you don’t starve. There are many, MANY mods that will help you on your way. You can train a pack of dogs to travel with you, or train a bat to protect you. If you can actually beat the Ender Dragon maybe you could hatch its egg for your very own pet dragon. You can even hire Guards to protect you, or summon Minions to work for you. You can protect your base with custom golems and/or custom turrets as well once you get established! Or you could always take up residence in one of the many fortified castles and/or other large structures you are sure to come across in your travels! I hope that you enjoy this pack as much as I do. 1. Download the version of Technic Launcher you need for your operating system here ---> DOWNLOAD
2. Install the Technic Launcher. If you are unsure how to do so, watch a tutorial how here ---> WATCH_ME_for_Windows | WATCH_ME_for_Mac
3. Launch the launcher for the first time.
4. On the top right corner click the little gear next to the X, this is where you will want to increase the amount of memory/RAM your computer uses to run the Technic Launcher. When you click that gear a window will open called "Launcher Options"
5. Using the drop down selection next to the line that says "Memory" increase your RAM. I suggest a minimum of 2GB, 4GB maximum. Anything less will not work. If you can only go up to 1GB you only have 32-bit Java. You will need 64-bit Java.
6. On the left side of the launcher scroll through the modpacks until you see a + sign that says, "ADD NEW PACK" below it, click on it.
7. A window will appear that says, "Enter your Technic Platform delivery URL below to add a new pack:" enter the Hexplore-It platform URL into that box...
Click INSTALL THIS MODPACK at the top of the page here.
8. Click "ADD MODPACK"
9. On the left side of the launcher scroll until you have the Hexplore-It Pack selected.
10. Click PLAY, the pack will then be downloaded and installed.
11. HEXPLORE ALL OF THE THINGS!







These automatically launch using up to 3GBs. Make sure you have that available or edit your launch.bat file first. I don't have the time to also provide server support, Google dat ish.

My server currently runs Chestshop, Citizens, Clearlag, Essentials, Factions, Vault, WorldEdit and WorldGuard. You might also want to use Anti-Cheat plugins for a public server, and PermissonsEx if you have access to a MySQL instance.
 
I would also highly recommend you set up a Multiworld plugin so that you can have separate adventure worlds with routine resets, otherwise they get "used up" very quickly.
