thats a lot a mods. did you get this to work before it was loaded to technic?

Making a modpack for my kids and i. i have done this several times before but for what ever reason i am not sure why my mods file, bin file and config file do not load in correctly. the zip file called "modpack" is added with all of the files inside it. looking like this bin cache config coremods modpack mods resources saves https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/135066743/modpack.zip?dl=1 i would appreciate any help. thanks!

(Edit 1:eagerly waiting for plowmanplow to tell me what to do) (Edit: 2 just noticed i copied and pasted more code then i should of...sorry about that) yeah yeah yeah another "my mod loads as vanilla minecraft thread" I am combining my 9 year old twin girls favorite mods together for them on a techinic so it can be easier for me to make changes instead of modding 3 version of minecraft each time we want to make a change. I know these mods play nice together because i have done it manually. All of my forum reading suggests that i am naming forge incorrectly. i the recommended 1.6.4 universal version of forge named "modpack.jar" in the bin folder and the 1.6.4 mods in the mod folder. i am not doing much with block ids so i don't have a config folder. using public drop box have the technic side listed as 1.6.4 i am hoping that i am just doing something dumb that i am not noticing. here
