Hmm alright thank you. I downloaded the newest version of the server from some link on the site. Does that mean I should look for a better (more updated) link? I think downgrading client-side is easier. Thank you so much for telling me that. Saved me hours or more searching. Never knew about the versions xD

I have been having huge server problem to where it says I'm missing mods. The server is correct, updated, and should be working fine.
