How can a sever not be pvp or PvE?

Minecraft name : ozoomaroo Age: (preferably over 14) 18 Why you want to join: ive been looking for a SMAll sever that doesn't have people who decide to just go around and blow up other peoples work ive allways wanted to play on a small sever like as small as yours is! not only that the public severs are just plain annoying they bann the good stuff like you need tnt to make a mechine well you cant craft itbecuse its banned it lowers the level of things you can build I am a noob at it even though I have played for several years but I am a good person and never got banned on any server unless it was for flying because there sever glitched out and any time I used the swift wolf rending gate it banned me o-o so I quite it only severs I ever got banned on I belive
