I'm trying to set up a server for me and my friends on 3.0.0, but I can't find the server files for it. Are they not available or am I just being stupid?

Yes. Click on the gear under the Voltz tab and hit "Manually Select A Build" or "Latest Build". if you're manually selecting it, choose 3.0.0c
