Custom modpack won't launch

Whenever I try to launch my custom modpack, it tries to launch then returns to the Technic launcher. Error log below http://pastebin.com/yq8K0mMe

Whenever I try to download my modpack, it gives a download percentage of something like -146456% and says it failed to download the modpack from the source listed.
