@EvilOwl I know it has been some time but I'm having the same problem for about a week. If I send you the log, would you be so kind to help me? I dont know what else I can do. Maybe you have some ideas. The support did not answer my question for about 6 days... :-(
I already tried reinstalling the file multiple times, with and without Internet security/anti Virus Software. I also tried starting it as an admin which did not work out neither.
