IGN: Cortanis Experience: Quite a bit Going to post up the completed version of this app on the forum.

Here in the last month and a half I've recently started getting back into Tekkit and downloaded the new launcher. News flash to me when Tekkit is now Tekkit classic, we now have tekkit lite, and we now have this other new version of Tekkit. And here ends up being the problem... I go to look for any kind of resource page for this new version and all I keep comeing up with are hits on the Tekkit Classic site sice they changed the name of the mod pack and all the old resource sites are in the original Tekkit name. Is their a wiki up somewhere anyone can point me to or am I just SOL?

I see some information left out and jobs that don't seem to be there. You list no restriction/ban list and so I have to assume that their are none banned or restricted items. That said... sweet... I have to also notice that you don't have any other energy technicians outside of Nukes. To that I have to say, do what now? I also don't seem to see any teleport technicians ether. I think I could fix that real quick. Guess I'll try my luck with this. I tend to specialize in geothermal systems with EE use for power sources. Bonus material: I've rather started including pics of one of my old builds to help get an idea of what I tend to build like. The ones that you see where the guys are visible are one that I got griefed on. So please don't hold them to the typical standard present.

Yes it is. I tend to have a bit of the same problem as well. Closing Tekkit and relogging tends to fix it for me though.

Mostly, I tend to build public access stuff like teleport hubs and energy systems. A short paragraph on why you would like to play on our server: A co worker has gotten me interested in playing again and I see a good bit of community here and I prefer a server with other players rather ghost towns. Your Minecraft username: Cortanis Your age: 26 Your general location in the world (Earth): New Mexico, USA Your ideal starting area/biome, and most desired local resource?: Generally I prefer a more open area with access to rubber trees that are able to be tapped and next to a larger water biome. I tend to build my stuff floating over the water for quick exits down. A general description of your ideal playstyle and any other information about you: I've been around the block a few times in tekkit. I'm fairly knowledgeable for most of it, but I'm far from being an expert. I do a lot of community access builds that others are welcome to make use of unless stated otherwise. I tend to do a lot of things with teleporters and as such tend to do teleport hubs for community use as well. My first efforts are to get as far away from known areas as possible as well so as to avoid encroaching on anyone's area.

I would disagree with this. Issues such as listing that their is a limit to 5 energy condensers and other such restrictions should have been listed in the beginning of the thread. Nothing personal, but I tend to use more than 5 energy condensers for my mats and energy systems. As such, I will be leaving the server. Nothing personal, I'm just into more EE.

It seems that I will be MIA for a bit. I keep getting this "connection lost Failed to login: error" on every server I have listed. Anyone have any ideas on this while I'm here?

.... that's kind of tragic actually. Here's the formula for the use of it. Make a power flower, don't even need a full one, and have it produce lava cells. Then set up your geothermals in the formations you need and use pneumatic pipes to feed the cells into the bottom of the geos. You obviously need a retriever or something to get the feed action, but you get the gist. Attach the enderchest to any point after the retriever to feed into the chest. Anyone can then tap the chest in the same manner if they need. Keep in mind that such a system needs a bit of time to properly fill up and charge though. You can cut the time initially by manually filling the geos yourself.

I'd have to check the facebook tos, but I think you could do it through a facebook page as a community page. Try useing a paypal account to fund the server and its possible expansion. Are we talking about a personally owned server or a rented server space here? If it's owned, you have a lot more control over what you can do with it and shopping options. I'm sure that if a lot more people got wind of it and were able to donate, then you would have a lot more to work with on it.
