Okay Thanks, what about the CC Computers? I really want to use them, but I heared that they cause lags, if I only hand 1 computer to every user and lets say, 20 computers run at a time, will it cause lags?

Try http://server.nitrado.net/eng/gameserver-mieten#&panel1-1 it's a German host but you can change language of the homepage to english, it is very easy to install Tekkit, you only have to click on "Install tekkit"

I use tekkit, there is no millenaire. I play on a server and have no problems without mods, earlier I got lags to with only optifine.

I get lags from Optifine, is there a way to deactivate it?
