it should only take a week or 2 and why would you want everyone to look at minecraft the same way isn't it supposed to be creative in your own way

Hi on my server when ever I try to make the crafting table III it will kick me and when I log back in the table is gone and the book and table are still in my inventory.And when I try to craft it the box where it turns up is flashing meaning half the time no one can even craft it.Also I tried to spawn it with the /give (username) 149 command but it said the id didn't exist so i spawned it with NEI which made me crash when I put it down. server specs 4gb ram comp 10gb ram pendium dual-core CPU tekkit launcher 4gb ram NOTE: I am playing on the same computer as the server and i sometimes have Skype open but I'm sure it isn't contributing to the problem.

I recently found out that forestry had been removed from tekkit the great mod that allowed automated harvesting and none exploding elecetrical engines.I was wondering if there is any way to play on my tekkit 3.0.4 server with forestry with out having to create a entirely different server with all the mods and forestry.

is this for tekkit 3.0.4?

to be honest the only thing you need from ee is the condenser, philosophers stone, alchemy bag/chest,tailsmen of repair, dm tools,klien stars (not furnace) and a (dark matter relay for the klien star) as then you can also disable recipes such as 4 gold for a diamond and you can certaintly disable tungsten ore.This leaves players with no choice but to use industrial craft and buildcraft to achieve what they want using the condenser to change things

try updating it to 1gb of ram and see if that makes a difference and remember to do this left click the server launcher then change it to java -Xmx1G -Xms1g -jar Tekkit.jar nogui pause OR java -Xmx2G -Xms1g -jar Tekkit.jar nogui pause OR if you want to java -Xmx3G -Xms1g -jar Tekkit.jar nogui pause

i got that too though you can ignore it if it is'nt doing anything and you get 5 players per gb of ram so you should host it with one or it might crash or lag extremely but you need to have unused ram on that computer to keep it from crashing.So if your just running minecraft and the server you should up it to 1gb although you haven't noted how much ram you have i'm guessing you have 2 so 1g with server should work.Also you might have to lower the ram the tekkit client (the thing you use to play the game with) by clicking (options>memory to allocate) then change it to 512mb wich will leave around 488mb for the system.So if you close background applications it should work

you can disable block ids in the config file say you wanted to get rid of the exchange part of ee you can disable the philosophers stone, alchemy table and condenser now you can only craft the items instead of hooking a query up and finishing in 4hours i don't know the id's though

I tried that and now it says my server has no reception when i have it running

when i join my server it disconects me and says you need minecraft forge iv'e used the right version and im using tekkit it dosn't make sense

go mine for stuff until you can make a philosophers stone than you can make things then make some machines solar panels then power a quarry with electric engiens and feed all of the ores into a macerator and everything else into a condenser with a diamond in the target square OR if you a newb no offense look up a starting off tuturial on the mod you want use at that time

i did but it didn't work also it had 3 1g ram chips in it and i added two 4g ram chips in and took one of the 1g chips out and i got the processor wrong

my computer is a dell Inspiron 560 10g ram Dell atom core, I'm using essentials as a plug in and I'm just running the launch file

OK info: i run the launch file it opens the window and starts up loading items,materials then it creates spawn then it displays the done message. The problem starts 40s after when it displays Warning can't keep up is the server overloaded or did the system time change then it will continue to display this message every now and then without any players on it and so i typed stop in the window to end it as i didn't want it to crash. that is all the information i can give you apart from the fact I am not using Hamachi or Bukkit as I don't know how I am just running it with my external ip

i changed the max to 6g and the min to 4 but its still doing it

no i added more ram to java se binary i don't know how to make the batch file
