You're just kinda doing it wrong. Both pipes have to be the same frequency and the one that's pumping oil out needs to be on Recieve: false and the other one true.

No, dimensional anchors won't work either. But yeah, the lava cell harvester will work good.

I think the problem is that some items work when he pumps the items in, and the others only work when he placec the items in himself. I don't know what the problem is, because I've never used the MkII before, though.

Can't see it, but are you outputting from the red side of the batbox? Everything else should be good with the setup. Oh and macerators, batboxes and all the stuff with wires is IndustrialCraft2, the pipe stuff is Buildcraft. ;)

Nope. You have to put a wooden pipe and redstone engine to every single tank.

Yes, you must use the occultic enchanter that uses vis. The good thing is you can choose the enchantments you want.
