To put a cork on the OP's question: Collectors are banned by most server OP's because they make something out of nothing. This destroys server economy and so is frowned upon. Some servers (Anarchy) are fine with this as most their players are short term.

If the software is saying your IP is unsafe it probably is. Use some sort of security scan and fix any problems with your computer. I'm not saying you have any bad intentions. It is just that someone (Jocer?) may have hijacked it and is using it for inappropriate behavior. You might want to get that cheeked out. Grey list would be little different from what we have with the ranks. It takes about 2-3 hours to farm enough to get to the next rank where you can get into most the mods. Grew listing would just be something annoying to set up when the ranks do the same.

Hey everyone! Tekkit is broken again! Really easy fix. Search %appdata% on your computer and find a folder called Roaming. In this there should be a .techniclauncher or something along the lines. In there, you will find a folder named tekkit. Delete this. (WARNING! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR WORLDS! As far as I know, it seems like your worlds are somewhat corrupted so this is unavoidable. If anyone knows better than this please post so I don't ruin this guy's day) Once you have done that, run the Technic launcher and select tekkit. Log in and it should re-install everything. DO NOT UPDATE THE MODS! Ignore these messages. They are not for 1.2.5.

I'm sorry if you feel that way but this is what we eventual want to do. Public servers are much more fun in that there is much more interaction between players when there are more on. If we do have problems with it being open, we can change that and close it to whitelist again but I do not see this happening.

So you see OP? I myself run a tekkit server so I can tell you that everything said before this is exactly why they are banned on my server.

These battles you speak of, are they like villager vs zombies?

Do you know what they do?

If you really want to make them do damage, go and modify some code to make them do some damage.

Please expand on "Why you should be whitelisted?" section of the application. General announcement: We have almost worked out all the kinks in the server. The only important ones remaining are: - Auto rank-ups (For some reason player ranks are randomly being reset. We think we have a solution) - Voting for items (We are still clueless on why it is not working. It has something to do with the port not being open when it is) Once these issues are resolved, we are going to try and open the server to the public for a day. If all goes well we will try longer until it will always be open. Thank you to all the players that have stayed with us even with the problems we have been having! We hope to see you stay on the server!

They are not banned for any levels for now. If people start to exploit them they will however be only usable to higher ranks. All up Accepted!

Yes we are. We only have 5 people on staff so we need more. If you want to become staff then keep on playing and follow the rules and you will be considered for a trial mod position.
