changing light logic of tekkit lite client

Hi, im new here and to tekkit lite

 

i just wanted to ask if there is any way to figure out, wich file out of .technic/modpacks/tekkitlite/* does what. My intention is to modify the light logic (so that it enlightens a bigger area).

 

or are there any kinds of modifications available to do that? (i cant use mods with additional blocks, but maby they could give a idea how to realize my project )
