Created Modpack, Error Downloading

so.. I'v done this tutorial and i have the direct download link (https://copy.com/TWfYtxEkp1UV6tOg%2Fmodpack.zip?download=1)

If i put it in url it downloads, but in the technic modpack editor i put it in, copy the link it gives me to get the modpack url for the launcher,

put it in the launcher and it fails to download

Please provide your API URL. Why are you appending the filename to the copy.com link? Copy.com public share links look like this:

https://copy.com/HtyKLw3KnuMYxqbH

and you make that direct by appending "?download=1" (without quotes).

You've got the proper link with dropbox, just edit your modpack and add that exact link

Doesnt work... I wonder what the deal is? Does Technic not like me? I think im just going to stop trying and just give up and deal with everyone elses shitty modpacks. Is the file i have even the right way? i did EXACTLY what Technics confusing tutorial told me to do. Perhaps they should make a video tutorial? from 0 to 1?
