Can't find mcpc+/cauldron 1.6.4

Hi,

 

I want to make a server for my modpack, but I can't find mcpc+ 1.6.4. I read somewhere that mcpc+ had its name changed to cauldron so I went to the cauldron website and all of the downloads have been removed.

 

Could someone give me a link to the mcpc/cauldron 1.6.4 and possibly a tutorial (I have done this a while ago... so I should be able to figure it out without a tutorial)
