Technic Launcher will not start

nothing happens when i doubleclick TechnicLauncher.exe on my pc 

 

 

Windows Vista Ultimate (32 bit)

 

versions of java installed 

the folders inside C:Program FilesJava are

jdk1.7.0

jdk1.8.0_11

jre1.6.0_22

jre1.8.0_31

jre6

jre8

 

any sugestions
