Server keeps crashing

Hello i dont know if my topic belongs to here. If not then i am sorry and maybe a moderator can move it.

 

Anyways it seems one of my players is crashing the server and I think it is a corrupted chunk but i want to make sure and ask you and hope you can help me. In the pastebin link is the latest crash report:

This is not a corrupted chunk. This is a tile-entity doing bad things here:

Block location: World: (-9049,86,-1572)

Log into the server, switch to creative mode and break the block/portal at that location.

Thank you lemme see if i can remove this without killing the server.
