0 CaptainMidget Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 Simply wire it up with the IC wires. copper cables etc... (Hv cables are preferable). *Such a noooooob* ^_^
0 Aquaraider11 Posted June 30, 2012 Author Posted June 30, 2012 Alredy done it but i need a redstone signal when it is full or whatever that litle redstone button in upper right corner is ment to do to get it workking with my automated nuclear power plant.
0 slwsteven12 Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 What the OP means is that you can't use the button on the top right for "Emit when full" or whatever, I have this same problem on my server. I press the redstone button and nothing happens. It doesn't change states, or anything else. So the MFSU emitting a redstone signal function isn't working.
0 VideoBoy Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 Got any plugins? This w works fine on my server... I needed "Emit if full" on several MFSUs for an auto-managing mass fabricator system.
0 Aquaraider11 Posted June 30, 2012 Author Posted June 30, 2012 It's not a setup, if i click the redstone behavior button in singleplayer, it write's chat when it's output redstone signal, but if i do same in multiplayer, nothing happens.
0 warpspeed10 Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 Yup, it's definitely your setup. You need to place red alloy wire directly on the side of the MFSUs by shift clicking. Or you can use redstone dust instead.
0 Aquaraider11 Posted July 1, 2012 Author Posted July 1, 2012 Neather of them does not work. EDIT: I tested.
0 warpspeed10 Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 Have you considered using an EU-Detector cable instead. Also, this was a bug that often cropped up in Tekkit 2 servers. I assume you're playing on a Tekkit 3 server right?
0 Aquaraider11 Posted July 1, 2012 Author Posted July 1, 2012 Yes i m playing in tekkit 3 server and EU-Detector wire is bit difficult cause i want to know when it is full not charging.
0 warpspeed10 Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 When it is full, it won't be charging, so the detector cable will not emit a signal. You can use that in conjunction with a not gate or something to activate a shut of mechanism.
0 Aquaraider11 Posted July 1, 2012 Author Posted July 1, 2012 I will try that thanks... Only problem would be that it takes lots of space around the mfsu's so i'll try that with computer craft.
0 Kihira Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 If you are using the Multi-verse plugin for Bukkit it has issues with IC2 that makes you unable to modify the redstone behaviour of Batbox's/MFE's etc. The textures on some machines will also flip/reverse etc. Only solution I found so far is to just remove the plugin or use EU-detector cables.
0 chrixian Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Makes me sad that the server I play on has this same flipped texture issue and its nearly a year later...
