darzavor Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 Does anyone know a dungeon mod or loot table mod for vanilla dungeons that works with Tekkit 2 or 3? We run a small private server with most of EE disabled (collectors, DM/RM tools/gear etc) and usually run out of things to do once we finished building most things. The vanilla mobs are quite boring, so any mod you can suggest that makes mobs/dungeons/loot tables more interesting is welcome.
SaDiabloWarlord Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 Not sure if this'll work for ya, but I found Catacombs mod. Using this is fairly simple to me, adds great ways to kill time (especially if you customize it to be epic, because, let's be honest here, if we're going to mod our servers, why not go balls to the wall?)
darzavor Posted July 2, 2012 Author Posted July 2, 2012 I didn't expect that there would be a plugin for this, this is even better! This saves me a lot of trouble trying to explain some players how to install mods. Thanks a lot!
Dodge34 Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 You should consider installing mcmmo also, add a great challenge, there's a thread somewhere with the modded items to add to mcmmo configuration, its really awesome.

Just glanced over it's wiki and it sounds great. Just finished generating some catacombs near player bases who asked for more interesting adventures. They are in for a nice surprise next time they log in But I have to ask them first about mcmmo. I like it, but not sure if all are interested. Thanks a lot for the suggestion!
Normal69 Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Catacombs is a little problematic. using 2.5. If I put in an item like 148:4 it gets converted to 8551, if I use '148:4' then it generates a java lang string error. How can I set the damage values? :o
