[CUSTOM MODPACK] ERROR DOWNLOADING FILE FOR THE FOLLOWING PACK

I am totally new to creating a custom modpack (not to installing minecraft mods)
So, I created my own  modpack, via a tutorial.
Now, whenever I try to play my modpack, the following error appears:

It tells you, it can't download the file. try updating your dropbox link with the one you provided here.

Change www.dropbox.com in your download link to dl.dropboxusercontent.com, leaving everything else the same.
