So every time I post a server on the forums here

It gets deleted within 15 seconds after posting. I mean I know im brand-new to this server stuff but I am 100% sure i met all the criteria for creating a post and sharing my server.

I included the server name, update, build, rules, list of admins, what I expect to see in the server, how its different, gave a short description about the server, showed a picture of the starting place, gave server information and uptime as well as mod information and how to connect but every time i post it it gets denied in under 20 seconds.

I'm pretty sure it's because your server is only "mid-evil", if you were more "top-evil" I think it would be easier to get behind that. even "bottom-evil" has its merits, but "mid-evil" is just... average.
