Tassyr Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 So some of my favorite mods are getting kinda outdated at this point, and it's more or less broken them- mostly their compatibility (Or lack thereof) with Computercraft. How do I manually update them, since I'm not really in the mood to wait weeks-to-months to get a new version of tekkit? Quote
Moderators AetherPirate Posted April 12, 2015 Moderators Posted April 12, 2015 You'd be better off starting from scratch and making a 1.7.10 tekkit inspired modpack. There's a pinned thread around here somewhere about how to do it. Plowman made some great instructions. I'll dig them up later when I have a chance. Quote
Tassyr Posted April 12, 2015 Author Posted April 12, 2015 (edited) Great. I can't just update the one or two mods that're breaking things? 'Cause I put a LOT of work into a world and don't want to lose it... It'd just be project red and computercraft. Maybe not even computercraft. Edited April 12, 2015 by Tassyr Quote
Moderators AetherPirate Posted April 12, 2015 Moderators Posted April 12, 2015 (edited) See if there are later 1.6.4 builds of those mods, and read the change logs for mentions ofComputercraft compatibility. Just remember that if you're sticking with tekkit, your limited to 1.6.4 mods and 1.6.4 forge only. Edited April 12, 2015 by AetherPirate Quote
