Someone help!

I was wondering if there was any way to run tekkit in a portable mode. I have Minecraft portable AND an official paid-for account and would like to know if i can run tekkit in any way. ( I dont have Java )

ok, then is there a way i could replace the minecraft files with the tekkit files and run it without error.

If this is not possible then could someone please provide links to all mods used in tekkit
