launch.bat says " unable to access Tekkit.jar "

Ok, so, when I download the server, and launch the launch.bat it comes up with " unable to access Tekkit.jar " and im not sure what to do... Any help will be valued and thanks in advance! ( BTW I have 32bit if that helps anything... )

Okay, first off can you tell us a little more about your system (OS version, Java version, etc.).

Just wondering, does the file Tekkit.jar exist in the same folder as the launch.bat?
