Can't Post a Tekkit Bug Report

I am sure this is the wrong place, but I am not sure where this goes.

I only created a forum account to post a bug report, but I do not have permission to post there.

What sort of requirements must I meet before I can post there?

There is a big "Submit a Bug Report" button at the top of the page. How did you miss it?

Wow, how rude. I have clicked that button. But I get

"Technic Forums - Error

Security error occurred. Please press back, refresh the page, and try again."

And when I check the bottom of that forum, I see "(You have insufficient privileges to post here.)"

Unlike with this forum, where I saw a "Post New Thread" button.

Well sorry. You could have told us that error message right away. It may be that your account has to be one day old to be able to post bug reports?

Why would you need privileges to post bug reports? Don't they want feedback on how well the game runs? I can't post a bug report either.
