Bug: OptiFine error causes glitched display

Bug Type- Solder or In-Game, can't actually tell.

Reproduction Rate- 10/10, pack is unplayable.

Steps to reproduce-  Launched pack.

Expected result- Minecraft splash text screen

Observed result- The scrolling background for the splash text screen is confined to the lower-left corner of the screen.  Audio works, and the buttons still seem to have the hitboxes in the same places, (I clicked where one would be and heard the sound) but I can't interact with anything beyond that.

Logs- The game does not crash, but remains open, and therefore does not generate a crash log.  I have, however, provided a screenshot of the moment the error occurs, logged via the "show console" option in the "Photos" segment.

Comments- From what I can tell, Optifine isn't working correctly.  Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to fix it.  1.6 packs, even the 1.6 version of the same pack (which includes Optifine) work fine, as does 1.8 vanilla loaded via the Technic launcher.
