you must have searched really hard because it's not like there are links to each mod included in the pack on this very website. I know we'd never do something that convenient around here. not on your life.

additionally, I get the feeling you're not looking to mod your minecraft yourself, you want the technic pack without the launcher? am I right about that?

I think it's worded webcities. Just anyway, don't forget you should install them in modpack.jar, not minecraft.jar. (For optifine at least)

Yes, but some people want more mods than what are in the pack. There are options for installing additional ones.

I got the impression from the OP that he was looking to manually do tekkit without the launcher.

Now that I reread the OP, I also get the same impression. In that case, this may be a not-so-cleverly disguised attempt at piracy.

Well, the brief time I spent the other day on the IC forums reading up on the forestry debate I found that was their general sentiment over there as far as the folks siding with "he who shall not be named". I don't want to derail the thread, but my view on mods for anything provided freely to the public was fair game for redistribution use and modification as long as credit to the original source was noted. Permission is not needed in open source because its open.
