Description of Problem:

People say to use electric engines to power a quarry but i look on too mmany items on how to make it but it isnt there

There isn't TMI in Technic/Tekkit.

But when i go to the Technic Package there is an electric engine

Electric Engines are part of Forestry. Forestry isn't in Tekkit anymore.

Use an Energy Link to convert IC2 power to BC power.
