Disabling mods per world

Hello,

I am looking for a method to disable/enable mods per world. I want to add a mod to my modpack but I dont want to see its content in the Main World on my server. I want to make a new World with only this Mod (and a few others) with a splitted inventory.

eg: Main World has all Mods - 1 specific mod. A new generated world with a new inventory has all mods without disabling any mods.

Is this possible?
