help power goes like 4 blocks

hi i am having issues with my power only traveling an extremely small distance in my base on tekkit all my machines get power except for my rotary macerator

also the cables are double insulated gold

so if anyone has a solution to my conundrum i would greatly appreciate it if they could share it

Rotary Macerators are known to be buggy, put a transformer upgrade or two in it to get it working.

Rotary Macerator's operate on LV power for some reason. They don't function on anything higher. So aside from the fact you're using gold cables, everything looks fine.

whats wrong with gold cables? i removed the batbox and placed it back and now it works so yeah.

I'm not a huge fan of energy loss. Gold cables lose EU every 2-3 blocks and although it is medium voltage, I'd prefer to find a way to produce glass fibre cables early on if possible, as they don't lose energy until every 40th block or so.
