Random Players Have Issues With Splash Screen 1.7.10

I recently updated my forge for my modpack Industrial Age The Turning to 1403, then 1408 including the server because at 1403 people had problems where they would crash at the loading screen with this error

Not all users had this problem, seems only a few, mac and pc.

i read that mr.crayfishes mod could cause the issue, but i believe they fixed it in 1408.

optifine and fastcraft i heard could also be the issue, but removing them did nothing, reinstalling etc.

they have enough ram and the latest java 8, but many users dont experience this problem, the latest.log shows this

We would need the crash report and the latest FML log from a client that crashes. Since you stated yourself that it seems "random" (but probably isn't) we can't just guess at the problem.

Also, always provide the API URL or a link to your pack details page when requesting custom modpack assistance.

both those links are the crash report and latest log.

1st one is crash report, 2nd is latest.log

the latest.log shows nearly nothing.

The "latest.log" is not much help. The "fml-client-latest.log" is FAR more useful as it has actual error information with context around it.

Try a new version of Forge. There have been some updates specifically addressing splash screen issues.
