OS: Windows7 64bit

Java Version: Java7 64bit

Description of Problem:

Well before the 3.1.1 ver of tekkit released i could use the /reload command without problems but now that i upgraded my server to 3.1.1(I had 3.0.4) i cant it gives me the error from the title

It means you can't reload the server on a forge Bukkit server, as reloading is known to break things like crafting recipes. Just restart your server instead.
