Switching items out with their twin in the transmutation table fixes this bug. To easily reproduce this error, press sort inventory on chests. The bugged items will be picked up and become attached to your cursor until you place them back down.

Ialso had this myself a few times in 3.0.4 but usual a client reinstall fixed it, now everyone on server got it and nothing helps, can it be the java on server? what version should I be running there? I also added another line in the bat file instead of nogui too make it work at all I found here on forum somewhere.

Also I dont run EE so using transmuting is nto an option I tried throwing all the bugged items but the later another one does the same. including all stone from quarry mines up has the problem and most plants I harvest.

The problem is the Cropnalyzer. I think it is fixed in the newest IC2 version.

If you have any items in the hotbar while using the Cropnalizer, it will add some kind of extra property on the items that makes them unstackable with normal items.

Solution:

Remove all items from the hotbar while using the Cropnalyzer.

Seem like incinerating or using up in crafting all the bugged items and the restarting server seemed too fix this, now new items from crops and quarry seems to be unaffected. atlest 1 full day now without any new issues with this.
